Bill, the owner is a very friendly person as well as his staff The craft beers are outstanding as well truly like the red ale. Highly recommend this location if you're in the mood for a good craft beer and some quality food.
I came here with a large group of friends back in January. We ordered what seemed like one of everything in the menu. Service was spectacular we went at a non busy time. Food was great my favorite item I tried was the buffalo chicken egg rolls they were out of this world. I ordered a cup of chowder and a personal sized cheese pizza. Chowder was good, was slightly bland just needed a little bit more salt. The cheese pizza was fantastic, was a generous, personal size pizza. The pizza had a right amount of cheese, the right amount of flop, and a crispy crust.
A must stop every time I'm in town. Love the rotating ales. But would love the NEIPA more often. And the food is top notch.
Our favorite local restaurant! Been going here for many many years. The food is great, staff are friendly, and the beer is delicious. They are always super busy on Friday and Saturday evenings, so I recommend calling ahead. The restaurant itself is very warm and cozy, with ample tables, booths, and high top tables. In the main dining area, you can also see where they brew the beer, which is fun!
Stopped here drinks and appetizers. Beers were really good the Watermelon was my favorite , it was less hoppy the the blueberry beer. I would come here again just to eat the blue cheese. It's the best I ever had ! Not pictured is clam chowder, it's not a super thick chowder but it is creamy. Most importantly it had lots of clams and seasoned it's lots of dill. Chilli was not spicy and not as thick as I like it , it had more of a consistency of a stew. It was also 1/2 kidney beans and meat which like it just needed more heat. Potato skins were more like a 1/2 baked potato cut in half. They were ok my wife really like them , they were very filling because of the size. Buffalo wing were great . They had amazing flavor and a good kick and with their banging blue cheese it made an amazing dish. Would 100 percent get this again ! Our waitress was awesome!!!!!'
